What option do I select when signing up?

Workers select the ‘Work’ button.

How does the onboarding process work?
There are three screens you will go through the first time you create a new employer account with JO:
  1. Sign up screen: https://www.jobsoutsourced.com/access/signup
  2. Account details screen
  3. Payment verification screen
  4. Create worker profile screen
  5. Onboarding sequence confirmation screen
  6. First land into the JO employer dashboard
How long does it take to onboard with JO?
The onboarding sequence on average takes two minutes.
What payment options can I add?
The current payment options available are via credit cards Mastercard, Visa, Amex. The second option is linking your Paypal account.
Can I add payment options any time of the first onboarding sequence?
Yes, you can add your preferred payment option any time inside of the payment settings section in the dashboard.
Can I add both my credit card and Paypal Account?
Yes, you can add both a credit card and a paypal account, and choose which you would like the default payment option to be inside of your payment settings.
What does 3D secure mean?
3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. This enables JO to provide an extra layer of security when processing credit card payments for our customers.
What do I do next when I first landing on the dashboard after signing up?
The first step is to familiarise yourself with the simple to use dashboard navigation which can be done in under one minute. If you have completed the payment verification during the signup process, and then added your receiving bank account or paypal details, the next action is join the JO Workers Facebook Group and watch for projects to be posted by the JO sales team.

Note: JO currently has on its development road map a worker directory which will enable employers to search your worker profile, and invite you to project requests. The go live for this is end of Q3 2019.

Will I receive notifications from the platform?
Yes, you will see automatic notifications for password resets, shopping cart purchases (if you purchase your own packages) and requests from employers to work on their purchased packages, and to confirm the approval of your automatic payment release requests.
