Managing your account

How do I update my account details?
  1. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details.
  3. Make the edits you require.
  4. Click save.
My tax invoice does not have my company name on it?
  1. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details.
  3. Enter your business name in the ‘company’ field.
  4. Click save.
How do I hide my profile?
  1. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details.
  3. Choose ‘Hidden’ under profile visibility. 
  4. Click save.
How do I change my display name?
  1. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details
  3. Enter your preferred name into ‘Display name’. 
  4. Click save.
How do I invite additional users to my account?
  1. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details.
  3. Choose ‘Additional Package Access’. 
  4. Click ‘Add User’. 
  5. Enter the person's first and last name, email address and phone number. This will automatically send the user an invite to join the JO platform. 
  6. When they accept and log in they will see the same packages purchased in their dashboard.
Can I add separate billing details?
  1. Yes. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details.
  3. On the right hand-side untick ‘My Billing Details are the same as my Account Details’.
  4. Enter in your new billing details.
How do I change my password?
  1. Log in your dashboard.
  2. Click account details
  3. Enter your current password and a new password you would like to replace it with.
I have forgot my password, what do I do?
  1. Go to login.
  2. Click forgot password.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. You will receive an automated email to click a link to update a new password.
