How do I update my account details?
- Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- Make the edits you require.
- Click save.
My tax invoice does not have my company name on it?
- Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- Enter your business name in the ‘company’ field.
- Click save.
How do I hide my profile?
- Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- Choose ‘Hidden’ under profile visibility.
- Click save.
How do I change my display name?
- Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- Enter your preferred name into ‘Display name’.
- Click save.
How do I invite additional users to my account?
- Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- Choose ‘Additional Package Access’.
- Click ‘Add User’.
- Enter the person's first and last name, email address and phone number. This will automatically send the user an invite to join the JO platform.
- When they accept and log in they will see the same packages purchased in their dashboard.
Can I add separate billing details?
- Yes. Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- On the right hand-side untick ‘My Billing Details are the same as my Account Details’.
- Enter in your new billing details.
How do I change my password?
- Log in your dashboard.
- Click account details.
- Enter your current password and a new password you would like to replace it with.
I have forgot my password, what do I do?
- Go to login.
- Click forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive an automated email to click a link to update a new password.
